A Year of Blogs: My Favourites from 2014

This is it, folks. This is the last day of 2014. I cannot believe it’s here but I’m excited to see what 2015 has in store for you, me, and the gardening world. For now, though, let’s focus on the big finale.

Whether you’re new to the blog or have been following for years, you will benefit from a recap of my favourite topics covered here this year. So let’s slow down and enjoy the very end of 2014. Tomorrow is just around the corner.

Trees
If you follow my column in the Toronto Star, or any other newspaper across Canada, you will know that I am a tree lover. It is no surprise, then, that I have written my fair share of tree-related blogs this year.

My Inner Birder
2014 was the year my inner birder truly came to life. I’ve become involved with Bird Studies Canada and my interest and knowledge where birds are concerned has skyrocketed. This interest has come through in my blogs:
